Summer Saturdays in the Studio for Youth Ages 11-15, Session 3 (July 12, 19 & 26; 1:30-3:15pm)
Our Summer Saturdays in the Studio Workshops are designed for youth ages 11-15, inviting them to explore variety of creative tools and mediums, including painting, paper mache, drawing and more.
In session 3 we’ll walk through the steps in creating their own Collage Boards (both big and small), starting off with coming up with an artistic plan (drawing out a design), that also leaves room for inspiration along the way (sometimes, that’s where the best ideas are born!). And, for some of the collages, there will be no plan, we’ll go into it with an eye for doing what draws to the surface in the moment!
All materials provided, just bring your imagination & a bit of creativity! No experience required.
